Executives, managers and supervisors are usually expected to lead by example, either through professional practice or through composure in handling various issues and conflicts that arise from everyday operations in the work place. For sure, an ideal working environment is usually something where the mood will be fair enough for a person to be able to conveniently carry out his daily routines and duties without the feeling of discomfort. The effectiveness of a person would largely depend on how at ease he is with his co-workers and his superiors, in a way inspiring him to be the best that he can be.
Getting the most out of the expectations from a person is crucial and critical in more ways than one. Actually, the fact that a person was admitted into employment was because of his experience and skills. The squeeze of the person and adapting to the environment is another thing, and among the factors that will really make it hard are the existing people, culture, social interaction and office politics which is usually present in all corporate settings. The length of his existence will vary widely on these factors up to the point where he can co-exist with all.
