Playing fire with fire

It’s only natural to expect conflicts of interest in an organizational setting, and most of the time employees feel they can do better than most heads. I should know because I went through being an employee, and while I disagreed most of the time with my superiors back then, there is no question that no matter how long you complain or try to prove your point, your superior will always get the last laugh.

Most managers are placed to head a department for some reason. Most of the time, this is because they have already been exposed to all the usual wars and common issues surrounding any organizational setting. Plainly put, staff and rank and file employees have yet to get a feel of how it is to head a department. To head a group is not limited to effective leadership, but also to be able to asses the situation and address it in the proper way to be able to achieve the expectations from the said department.

We will all have our spot in the limelight. Each experience we learn from our superiors should be a learning experience and will definitely be something to ponder on. Whichever the case, disagreeing with their views or wanting to employ your own ideas, the game plan of most managers has a purpose. Otherwise, why would be there in the first place if they are under achieving.
