As many baby boomers reach the age of retirement, they seek to redefine retirement just as they redefined all of the ages they went through before.
Rather than an end to work, many are looking at it as a beginning to a new career path. With longer lifespans and better health, this might be the wiser choice for many of them. It also provides a good backup for people who haven’t saved as much as they wanted for retirement as of yet.
